Bu şartlar, Cenk Meydanı mobil oyununu ve cenkmeydani.com üzerindeki hizmetleri kullanımınızı düzenler. Oyunu indirerek, bir hesap açarak ya da oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın.
Oyuna misafir olarak (cihazınıza bağlı bir hesapla), Google hesabınızla ya da e-posta ile kayıt olarak girebilirsiniz. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınızdan yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşından küçükseniz oyunu kullanmayın.
Hesabınızı oyun içinden dilediğiniz zaman dondurabilir ya da kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Silme geri alınamaz.
Oyun aktif geliştirme aşamasındadır. Denge, kurallar ve veri yapısı değişebilir; bu değişiklikler sırasında oyun ilerlemeniz sıfırlanabilir ya da tüm hesaplar silinebilir. Bunu önceden duyurmaya çalışırız ama garanti edemeyiz. Oyunu bu gerçeği bilerek oynayın.
Oyun, gerçek parayla satın alınabilen elmas adlı bir sanal öğe içerir. Elmas ve oyun içindeki diğer her şey (para, tesis, birlik, toprak) yalnızca oyun içinde anlam taşır; gerçek dünyada bir değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez, satılamaz ve başka bir oyuncuya devredilemez.
Satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve mağazanın kendi şartlarına tabidir. Satın aldığınız elmas hesabınıza tanımlanır.
Oyun, süreli üyelik kademeleri sunar (Bronz, Altın, Platin). Üyelikler abonelik olarak satılır, mağaza tarafından otomatik yenilenir ve yine mağaza hesabınızın ayarlarından iptal edilebilir. İptal, süresi dolana kadar geçerli olan üyeliği sonlandırmaz; yalnızca bir sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur.
Satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapıldığı için iade talepleri mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır. Harcanmış sanal öğeler için iade yapılmaz.

Bu kuralların ihlali hâlinde hesabınıza uyarı verebilir, hesabınızı geçici olarak askıya alabilir ya da kalıcı olarak yasaklayabiliriz. Oyun içi mesajlar ve mektuplar şikâyet edilebilir; şikâyetler incelenir. Yaptırım uygulanan hesaplardaki sanal öğeler için bedel iadesi yapılmaz.
Oyun; ittifaklar, savaşlar, mesajlaşma ve sıralama gibi oyuncular arası etkileşim içerir. Diğer oyuncuların davranışlarından sorumlu değiliz. Rahatsız edici davranışı oyun içinden şikâyet edebilir, isterseniz o oyuncudan mektup almayı engelleyebilirsiniz.
Oyunun adı, görselleri, müzikleri, metinleri ve yazılımı bize aittir. Oyunu oynamanız size kişisel ve devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verir; kaynak koda erişmeye, oyunu kopyalamaya, değiştirmeye ya da dağıtmaya hak vermez.
Oyunun içeriğini, kurallarını ve fiyatlarını değiştirebilir, özellikleri ekleyip kaldırabiliriz. Hizmeti tamamen sonlandırmamız hâlinde bunu makul bir süre önce duyurmaya çalışırız.
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; sorumluluğumuz her hâlükârda son on iki ayda oyun için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar bu maddeden etkilenmez.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda yürürlük tarihini günceller ve mümkün olduğunda oyun içinde duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.

These terms govern your use of the Cenk Meydanı mobile game and the services at cenkmeydani.com. By downloading the game, creating an account or playing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.
You can play as a guest (an account tied to your device), with your Google account, or by registering with an e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what is done through it.
The game is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use it.
You can pause or permanently delete your account from inside the game at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.
The game is under active development. Balance, rules and data structures change, and during those changes your progress may be reset or all accounts may be deleted. We try to announce this in advance but cannot guarantee it. Play with that in mind.
The game includes a virtual item called diamonds, which can be bought with real money. Diamonds and everything else inside the game (currency, facilities, units, land) have meaning only inside the game; they have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, sold, or transferred to another player.
Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to the store's own terms. Diamonds you buy are credited to your account.
The game offers timed membership tiers (Bronze, Gold, Platinum). Memberships are sold as subscriptions, renew automatically through the store, and can be cancelled from your store account settings. Cancelling does not end a membership you have already paid for; it stops the next renewal.
Because purchases go through Google Play, refund requests are subject to the store's refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Virtual items that have already been spent are not refunded.
The following are prohibited:
If these rules are broken we may warn you, suspend your account temporarily, or ban it permanently. In-game messages and letters can be reported, and reports are reviewed. No refund is given for virtual items on an enforced account.
The game includes alliances, wars, messaging and leaderboards. We are not responsible for how other players behave. You can report behaviour from inside the game, and you can block letters from a specific player.
The game's name, artwork, music, text and software belong to us. Playing gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the game; it does not give you the right to access the source code, or to copy, modify or distribute the game.
We may change the game's content, rules and prices, and add or remove features. If we shut the service down entirely, we will try to announce it a reasonable time in advance.
The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is in any case limited to what you paid us for the game in the last twelve months. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this section.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we update the effective date and, where possible, announce it in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
